We also provide one-to-one pilates tuition online and at our clinic, which is taught by Nanda Hirani. Nanda is APPI trained in teaching Pilates, alongside being a physiotherapist.
WHAT IS PILATES
Pilates is a safe, challenging and effective form of exercise. It is low-impact so it is ideal for those with previous injuries, or those who just want to better their general posture. It is a fantastic way to gain a better posture, and at the same time increase your flexibility and muscular strength.
Nanda will tailor your exercises to your needs, so that they are effective for the goal you want to achieve. The exercise plan will also take into consideration your daily activities and fit around your schedule.
